Guterres calls for ceasefire as European leaders affirm Ukraine’s rights at UN

The Security Council on Tuesday heard a warning from Secretary-General António Guterres on the war in Ukraine, while in the General Assembly, leaders from Lithuania, France and Poland called for stronger international action against aggression.
